Anthony Ho Lian Yi
Founder, Managing Director, General Manager
Anthony is a Certified Practising Management Consultant well versed in customising relevant content and designing learning interventions to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes. He was formerly the business leader for the corporate training division of one of the world’s largest education companies developing it from a young startup into a multi-million dollar revenue business. Anthony also led the conception and development of innovative programmes for both the private and public sector.
Rexanna Kok
Director, Courseware, Quality Compliance
Rexanna has close to 15 years of experience in the education and training industry. Prior to joining ODC, she was Vice President of a global education provider where she led the professional qualifications in the accountancy and finance division. She also spearheaded the development of the corporate training division into a Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centre offering SkillsFuture courses. Rex is now responsible for ODC's administrative process and finance.
Carol Jacinta Lim
Deputy General Manager
Carol is the first employee of ODC and plays a critical role in establishing ODC’s administrative, financial and HR processes to support the organisation’s growth. Carol is meticulous and well versed in human behaviour and psychology. Prior to joining ODC, Carol worked in both the public and private sector, responsible for administrative management, sales & marketing, talent sourcing and recruitment.
Ho Lianli
Assistant Manager
Lian Li graduated with a Bachelor from Nanyang Technological University. Lian Li supports Carol in the administrative process for ODC's WSQ workflow as well as logistics and necessary operations for ODC's corporate training workshops.
Yoon Hsie manages ODC's regional workshop implementation and coordinates the ODC's skillsfuture workshop in Singapore. Yoon Hsie was previously a team manager with a local bank. Her many years of banking experience will complement her role in ODC.
