Course Fees & Funding Details


Get Subsidised By The Enhanced Absentee Payroll When You Sign Up

If you’re feeling the pinch in cashflow from the Covid-19 situation, there’s good news when you send your staff for ODC trainings. Under the Enhanced Absentee Payroll:

From 1st Jul 2021 to 31 Dec 2021

Absentee Payroll will be adjusted upwards to $7.5/hour based on 80% of hourly salary

Course fees for SMEs will be funded up to 90% of course fees.


Up to 50% funding and 70% funding 

Funding changes will take place for courses for courses commencing from 2022. The funding affects both the absentee payroll and the course fees funding. 

From 1st Jan 2022

Absentee Payroll will be adjusted upwards to $4.5/hour 

Course fees for SMEs will be funded up to 70% of course fees. And Non-SMEs will be funded up to 50% of course fees.

What is the WSQ Advance Certificate In Leadership And People Management?

The Leadership & People Management (WSQ LPM) qualifications under Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. As a continuing education and training (CET) system, WSQ supports the SkillsFuture movement to:

​Promote recognition of skills and competencies to facilitate progression, mastery and mobility

Support economic development by professionalising skills and competencies to drive industry transformation, productivity and innovation efforts

Promote holistic development of the workforce through technical and generic skills and competencies

Encourage lifelong learning

​WSQ LPM - Qualifications In Leadership And People Management

Learners who are certified ‘Competent’ at the end of the course will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) under the WSQ LPM framework. 


There are six Competency Units (CUs) within Level 3 under the LPM framework, namely Personal Effectiveness, Vision LeadershipOrganisational Relationship Building, People Development, People Change Management, and People and Performance Management.

Learners will be able to attain the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Team Leadership once they have attained the SOAs for all six CUs above and SOAs for two elective CUs (WSQ Levels 2-4).
