LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS
ODC's leadership development workshops are designed based on David-Kolb's learning cycle and the classes are conducted using experiential approach that helps help anchor learning experiences that will increase transfer of learning and applications.

2. SKILLS-BASED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP AND ASSESSMENT
Skills based leadership development programmes are funded by Singapore government under the WSQ and Skillsfuture framework designed to support development of leaders to support a resilient and vibrant economy.
ODC is an Approved Training Organisations (ATO) for the Leadership & People Management (LPM WSQ) frameworks which provides leadership training that are delivered in specific context such as Managing Performance, Facilitating Innovation, Self Mastery and Awareness, Leading with Vision etc.
ODC's proposed programme are delivered by ODC's highly experienced team of consultants includes our unique robust assessment methods that are conducted by ODC's certified Enterprise Coaches whom are ACTA certified to support assessment and also coaching.
CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAMMES
ODC's Corporate training programmes are designed to support the holistic development of managers through skills equipping. Our faculty of subject matter experts (SMEs) are selected based on 5 + 5 criteria. Our course also uses our team of Enterprise Coaches for role play and feedback at the end of course to anchor the learning.
1. SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE (SMEs)
ODC engages consultants with at least five years of direct experience in the subject matter and with at least 5 years experience in training to ensure the workshop provides insights and workshop are designed to be engaging and practical.
2. ENTERPRISE COACH AS EXTERNAL ACTORS FOR SKILLS PRACTICE AND ROLE PLAYS
To anchor the learning and support transfer of learning from workshop to workplace, ODC designs summative skills practice that is facilitated in the workshop by the trainer and conducted in some groups by ODC's team of Enterprise Coaches.
ODC currently only conducts Corporate Training workshop for in-house or hosted clients.
