LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS

ODC's leadership development workshops are designed based on David Kolb’s learning cycle. In addition, we conduct classes using an experiential approach that helps to anchor learning experiences that increase the transfer of learning and applications. 

IN-HOUSE LEADERSHIP
WORKSHOP

ODC designs, develops and delivers customised in-house leadership development workshops based on your organisation's leadership competencies or identified development needs to support the strengthening of the leadership bench strength. 

SKILLS-BASED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP AND ASSESSMENT

Skills-based leadership development programmes are funded by the Singapore government under the WSQ and the Skillsfuture framework. These programmes are designed to support the development of leaders to support a resilient and vibrant economy. 

ODC is an Approved Training Organisations (ATO) for the Leadership & People Management (LPM WSQ) frameworks which provides leadership training that is delivered in specific contexts such as Managing Performance, Facilitating Innovation, Self Mastery and Awareness, Leading with Vision, etc.

ODC's proposed programmes are delivered by ODC's highly experienced team of consultants, including our unique and robust assessment methods that are conducted by ODC's Certified Enterprise Coaches, who are ACTA certified to support assessment and coaching.

CORPORATE TRAINING PROGRAMMES

ODC's Corporate training programmes are designed to support the holistic development of managers through skills equipping. Our faculty of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are selected based on 5 + 5 criteria. Our course also uses our team of Enterprise Coaches for role play and feedback at the end of the course to anchor learning.

SUBJECT MATTER

EXPERTISE (SMEs)

ODC engages consultants with at least five years of direct experience in the subject matter and with at least 5 years experience in training to ensure our workshops provide insights that are rewarding and are engaging and practical.

ENTERPRISE COACH AS EXTERNAL ACTORS FOR SKILLS PRACTICE AND ROLE PLAYS

To anchor learnings, and support the transfer of learning from workshop to workplace, ODC designs summative skills practices that are facilitated in our workshops. 

 

ODC currently only conducts Corporate Training workshop for in-house or hosted clients.

INTEGRATED COACHING SOLUTIONS

ODC's integrated coaching solutions are designed to develop managers as "Change Agents" or "Enterprise Coaches". 

 

Our coaching solutions are designed to allow managers to assimilate the mindset and essential skillsets of a coach and through our programme, our MasterCoach App technology and post-training support.
 

ENTERPRISE COACHING PROGRAMME

Enterprise Coaching Programme (ECP) is the starter kit to equip managers on their coaching journey. We provide essential coaching skills and learn how to leverage on the MasterCoach App that supports workplace coaching. Managers will be asked to work out an action plan at the end of the course to solidify their learnings from our program.

WORKPLACE COACHING SUPPORT

ODC assigns a Workplace Coach to support the manager to help them progress through their action plan. Managers will be coached on how to be an effective coach in their workplace. 

EXECUTIVE COACHING INTERVENTION

ODC also brings a team of 3 executive coaches who can support executive coaching for specific employees. The coaches are with a senior management background and are ICF certified.
