Programme Outline / Key Course Content
Pre-Workshop Presentation: Baseline Practice and Feedback
At the start of the workshop, before the main workshop modules begin, participants will be required to prepare and deliver a short presentation. This baseline presentation allows participants to recognise their current presentation strengths, delivery habits and possible areas for improvement.
The presentation will be recorded for learning and review purposes. Participants will receive facilitator feedback and peer review to help them identify specific areas for development, such as presentation structure, message clarity, audience engagement, delivery style, confidence and handling of questions. This initial practice provides a useful reference point for participants as they go through the workshop and consider how they can refine their presentation approach.
Module 1: Architecture of a High-Impact Presentation
Participants will learn how to design a presentation with clear purpose, structure and flow. This module focuses on helping participants clarify their presentation objectives, understand audience expectations and organise key messages for stronger impact.

The post-workshop presentation may also be recorded for learning and review purposes.
Participants will receive facilitator feedback and peer review to reinforce key learning points and identify practical next steps for continued improvement.The session will conclude with a summary of key presentation principles, personal reflection and individual action planning to help participants transfer their learning back to the workplace.

Training Methodology
This workshop adopts a practical and interactive learning approach to help participants translate advanced presentation techniques into workplace application.
The programme combines short lectures, facilitated discussions, demonstrations, individual reflection, presentation practices, peer learning and constructive critique. Participants will have opportunities to practise key techniques, receive feedback and refine their approach in a supportive learning environment.
As part of the learning process, participants will be required to prepare and deliver a presentation at the start and near the end of the workshop.
The pre-workshop presentation will provide a baseline of each participant’s current presentation style, strengths and areas for improvement. The post-workshop presentation will allow participants to apply the techniques learned during the programme and demonstrate their progress.Both presentations may be recorded for learning and review purposes. Participants will receive facilitator feedback and peer review to help them identify practical ways to improve their presentation structure, delivery, audience engagement, confidence and overall impact.
The emphasis is on practical application, confidence-building and personal presentation improvement, enabling participants to strengthen their ability to present with clarity, credibility and impact.
