Lawrence Goh

Lawrence is a senior professional with more than 30 years of broad industry experience, of which the last 20+ years were in senior management roles with significant regional and global responsibilities.

 

He has proven excellence in building and leading high-performing teams and a strong track record of partnerships with clients, business partners and senior executives. Mr Goh’s professional expertise include: Strategy Development, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Talent Management.

 

Mr Goh was previously the Senior Vice President and Head of Learning for Asia Pacific at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and the Senior Director for Global Learning; Talent Management at NXP Semiconductors. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director for Global Leadership and Learning at Seagate Technology, and the Director for Business Transformation Services at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr Goh has successfully led major assignments in organizational development, change

management, talent development, post-merger integration, and culture transformation. His clients include multinationals, public sector organizations and local enterprises in the hi-tech, manufacturing, banking, process and service industries. He is also an experienced Executive Coach to senior leaders.

 

Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Indiana University, USA. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Strategic Leadership Development Program. Mr Goh is a Certified Master Coach and an accredited Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, 360 Feedback and Learning Agility facilitator.

 

Mr Goh served as a member of the Executive Advisory Board of Skillsoft, a global leader in online learning solutions. He was previously an Executive Committee member of the Singapore Institute of Management’s Organization Development Group. He has also chaired and spoken at various professional seminars, workshops and conferences in the U.S, Singapore and the region.
