Prior to his present position as an associate consultant and trainer with ODC, Mervin was the Vice President, Consulting Group, PSB Corporation Pte Ltd, Singapore. He was also a practitioner in Human Resource Development and held managerial positions in Singapore and US Multinationals in both manufacturing and service sector.
Mervin has more than 20 years of training related experiences in government, service and manufacturing sector. His forte is in the area of Leadership Development, Teambuilding, Human Resource Development, Innovation and Quality Circles.
