Xavier Lim is a senior consultant with Organisational Development Concepts (ODC) specialising in areas of people-centric leadership, service operations and innovation and management consultancy. Xavier’s area of expertise is in airline operations and management development.

Prior to working with ODC, Xavier was the Chief Corporate Services Officer of Tiger Airways Pte Ltd.  As part of the executive management team member of Tiger Airways Pte Ltd, Xavier was responsible for the company’s effort to re-define and transform its customer experience before taking on responsibilities for corporate IT, corporate communications and procurement.

 

Prior to joining Tiger Airways, Xavier held various senior leadership roles in Singapore Airlines which provided him with deep understanding of the thought process and concerns from a strategic, management and operational perspective. This insight allows him to effectively appreciate and engage different levels of learners. Some of the departments which Xavier held managerial and senior managerial position in SIA Divisions includes Marketing, Cabin Crew, Product and Services and Commercial Technology. This board experience provided him with the knowledge to advise from a system thinking perspective the impact of various innovations from ideation to implementation.

 

As a trainer and consultant, Xavier Lim brings with him a unique blend of knowledge, skills and insights from his work experiences to provide organisations, teams and individuals with meaningful solutions that make a real difference.   Stemming from his passion in people, consultancy, leadership and people management training, he is a strong advocate on the need for strong, purposeful and inspiring leadership in an increasingly uncertain and fast changing world.
