complexity and lead organisations through the ever-changing and disruptive business landscape. Participants will review the process of strategic thinking, approach to business management, people management and staff development through an experiential- based
learning environment that is designed to provide new perspectives and skillsets required to
lead an organisation through change.
Prior to the training session, our selected consultant for the programme will review the business objectives and hold interviews with project sponsors to identify key priorities.
The information will assist us to customise the programme and tailor activities that will suit the management team attending the training.
