Claudia is an experienced HR practitioner with over 30 years of experience of which 24 years are in senior HR leadership position.
Claudia’s last corporate role was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts based at the company’s corporate head office in Singapore.
Claudia is a Singapore PR and German citizen, Claudia have called Singapore her home for the last 18 years, prior to that she has worked and lived in Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and Asia. Her travels and living situations in different countries have been immensely enriching on a personal and professional level which provided her a deeper understanding in working with colleagues and clients from different cultures.
During her career in corporate Human Resources, a strong focus in her work was to mentor, develop, and work closely with people at all levels of the organization, while building up quality HR process and systems to support operations, leadership development and career development.
