Anthony is a Certified Practising Management Consultant well versed in customising relevant content and designing learning interventions to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes. He was formerly the business leader for the corporate training division of one of the world’s largest education companies developing it from a young startup into a multi-million dollar revenue business. Anthony also led the conception and development of innovative programmes for both the private and public sector.
Chek Guan has a wide breadth of business experience and insight having headed departments in major MNCs,such as Sony and Samsung, as well as working as a Business Development Consultant for SMEs. His experience has exposed him to various business aspects, including local and regional marketing and sales, procurement, inventory management and system development, and enhanced his cross-cultural knowledge through extensive overseas travel.
Rexanna has close to 15 years of experience in the education and training industry. Prior to joining ODC, she was Vice President of a global education provider where she led the professional qualifications in the accountancy and finance division. She also spearheaded the development of the corporate training division into a Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centre offering SkillsFuture courses. Rex is now responsible for ODC's administrative process and finance.
Carol Jacinta Lim

Carol is the first employee of ODC and plays a critical role in establishing ODC’s administrative, financial and HR processes to support the organisation’s growth. Carol is meticulous and well versed in human behaviour and psychology. Prior to joining ODC, Carol worked in both the public and private sector, responsible for administrative management, sales & marketing, talent sourcing and recruitment.
Equipped with vast experience in administration and information technology, Edmund manages and supports all the administrative functions in ODC. After graduating with a Certificate in Business Administration from LCCI, he began his career as an IT Administrator before joining Reader’s Digest as a Senior Customer Service Representative providing customer support and managing agents’ support to the division.
